Operations Coordinator

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Trade Accounts Payable
    • Enter purchase orders
    • Match packing slips to POs upon receipt of materials
    • Enter invoices into accounting software
  • Support Service Managers
    • Job scheduling
    • Maintaining job information in company database
    • Invoicing
  • Type customer proposals
  • Cooperate, collaborate, and communicate effectively with other staff to provide assistance as required
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma/GED required, College degree or credits a plus
  • Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time
  • Accountable
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and ACT! a plus

Job Requirements:

  • Previous coordinator experience preferred, 1+ years.
  • Pre-employment drug screening and background check

 Company Office Hours are:

Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Although the position is full-time, daily start time is negotiable and may be different then office hours.

Salary:

Negotiable depending on the strength of the candidate
