Operations Coordinator
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Trade Accounts Payable
- Enter purchase orders
- Match packing slips to POs upon receipt of materials
- Enter invoices into accounting software
- Support Service Managers
- Job scheduling
- Maintaining job information in company database
- Invoicing
- Type customer proposals
- Cooperate, collaborate, and communicate effectively with other staff to provide assistance as required
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required, College degree or credits a plus
- Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to prioritize, manage time
- Accountable
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and ACT! a plus
Job Requirements:
- Previous coordinator experience preferred, 1+ years.
- Pre-employment drug screening and background check

Company Office Hours are:
Monday – Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
Although the position is full-time, daily start time is negotiable and may be different then office hours.
Salary:
Negotiable depending on the strength of the candidate
